The Staff Satisfaction Survey will help you collect valuable and anonymous feedback from your staff that you can use to facilitate change within your care center.

Let us help your care center launch an online staff satisfaction survey for your care center so that you can anonymously get the valued feedback you need

As a nonprofit initiative, we recognize that your organization has many options to gauge employee satisfaction, but many of these are costly. CMS worked with subject matter experts to develop a free Nursing Home Employee Satisfaction Survey.  The Engage with® team has retooled the CMS toolkit and taken it to the next level. As a member, you can now utilize this CMS tool in a digital format that is easy to use, access, and customize at no cost to you.

With the Staff Satisfaction Survey Toolkit, you'll be able to launch a personalized staff survey tailored to your unique center at no cost—along with an entire team of experts to guide you through the process.

Research continues to establish a deepened connection between increased staff satisfaction and it’s positive impacts on productivity, safety, retention, consumer sentiment, and financial performance for long-term care providers.

Staff satisfaction is important for long-term care centers and it’s management, as it’s closely associated with absenteeism, turnover, and quality of care.

Given the chronic and large degree of staff turnover that currently exists in long-term care centers, understanding job satisfaction of caregivers, LPNs, and RNs is important.

In fact, not all dissatisfied employees leave an organization, even if they report they intend to leave. Dissatisfied employees often impact the organization in other ways, such as exhibiting an unreliable work ethic, including taking unscheduled days off and tardiness.

Each of these scenarios can cause significant challenges within an organization, costing thousands in lost revenue and having a negative impact to resident care.
