Launch Online Assessments
Your Member Navigator will setup your online competency assessments and give you all the tools and support you'll need to confidently launch a complete assessments for your care center.
Review Results & Facilitate Change
After successfully launching your competency assessments, you'll meet with your Member Navigator to review the results. We'll help you make sense of the assessment results by putting the data in an actionable format that's easy to read and understand.
