The True Cost Turnover Calculator is an easy-to-use, custom-built calculator that allows members to input multiple variables, often overlooked when considering the costs associated with turnover, to get to their true cost of staff turnover. The online toolkit also includes a data analytics dashboard to track these metrics over time, which can also be used to easily compare turnover costs before and after campaigns to improve turnover.

Satisfaction Survey Toolkit & Expert Guidance Facilitating It

Inside the Workforce Shortage Toolkit, administrators will have access to our Staff Satisfaction Survey. Originally developed by CMS with funding from the Civil Money Penalty Reinvestment Program, this toolkit resource has been retooled by Engage with® to make it more accessible, easier to use, and makes launching a survey within your center quick and easy. This automated, completely anonymous, online staff survey offers true insights into what your staff values, what concerns they may have and how they view their job.

Staff Competencies Assessment & Resources

In the Workforce Shortage Toolkit, administrators gain access to Staff Competency Assessment tools originally designed by CMS, but retooled by Engage with® to make them more accessible and easier to use.  These include three separate competency assessment instruments: one for CNAs/med techs, one for nurses and one for managers.  A Member Navigator provides hands-on support and guidance helping you launch your assessments, allowing supervisors to target skills training toward identified needs and thus maximize success while minimizing redundant training in areas in which staff are already proficient.
